Welcome to our project

This is my first post on the 205 North 7 Project, but not my first day on the job. On June 19 I stepped on to the site for the first time. It was a majestic yet dismal view. Steel and bare studs greeted me with a sad smile. Waiting, neglected for roughly 7 years, they stood steadfast in the hope that someone would come to their aid. Then on the beautiful summer morning we walked through the doorway with blueprints and determination.

Enter stage left: George Roth and his sidekick Kalman Schwartz. Contractors par Excellence with years of experience under their belts.

Center Stage: Dr Howard Wasserman and his son Henry, the driving forces behind this project. In the wings, with an iPad, Galaxy S III, and 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe: me, David Abrahamson. My task would be to oversee the progress of the operation, and help/expedite it along.

Starting with a half finished building, we went to work with a gusto!
